Raclette is a type of cheese or a dish featuring the cheese. Traditionally, it is accompanied by small firm potatoes and variety of dried meat...Yesterday night, a raclette diner was held in my junior hostel... The diner was quite 'nice feel' with my juniors and seniors...
Futhermore, the cheeses were heavenly! They were meated perfectly in and outside and I can feel the lovely flavours of the cheeses “exploding” in my mouth upon swallowing them...
1, 2, 3 ... Cheese!!!
